Vertical Technologies was recently honored by the UTSA Small Business Development Center as a ‘Small Business Leader’ in the areas of job creation and business development!

Thank you! You’ve got us all choked up over here. First off, we would like to thank our esteemed tech experts who fix the most maddening problems day in and day out – from printer mishaps to infrastructure architecture, cyber security, data back-up and support for MAC’s and PC’s… you all are the peanut butter to our jelly. You are the cloud backup to our bulky data files and the programmers to our source code.

We would also like to thank our families for being such powerful positive forces in our lives and supporting us through the long nights, remote meetings and verbose recaps of our entrepreneurial growing pains.

And finally, to all of our clients – we couldn’t have done it without you. Keep those tech problems coming, because Vertical Technologies has got the solutions.

In all seriousness, we are incredibly grateful for this recognition in starting a new business and job growth in San Antonio. Our staff is honored for the award from the South-West Texas SBDC Network and UTSA for our hard work and contributions to the small business community.

For more than 27 years the South-West Texas SBDC Network has helped small businesses start and expand and has been accredited nationally since the accreditation requirement was first instituted. Through the South-West Texas SBDC Network, entrepreneurs have access to professional and confidential business advising, a variety of quality training programs and an extensive referral network at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). The center has helped small and medium-sized companies become globally competitive by providing trade consulting, market research and cutting-edge training.
